This preconception consultation is to prepare your body for conceiving, balance hormones and preconception wellbeing. A homeopathic remedy will be prescribed and the best suited herbs for your constitution and vitality will be planned into a pre conception protocol. A nourishing diet plan based on the principles of Weston A Price will be implemented and a free ebook with nourshing recipes. This consultation can include an ayurvedic tongue analysis. A full herbal and homeopathic, nutrition and lifestyle protocol will be individually prescribed based on your constitutional being. This consultation includes working with you for 3 months. One fortnightly initial follow up and two monthly 30mins follow ups. Also anytime email support is included if you have any questions or would like more herbs or just general support. Lastly, in this consultation is a herbal and homeopathic gift package is included to support you on your healing journey. What's gifted in the package?
